The ability to look through the lens of a camera and  focus on just the right elements to take an amazing photograph requires a unique combination of vision, attention to detail and patience.  It is with these skills that Benita takes content from her colleagues, be it a 51-page presentation or elaborate drawings on the backs of napkins – and turns them into masterpiece documents and graphics in which she and our firm take pride.

Benita’s humor, bright smile and more than 20 years of administrative experience have made her a valued asset to HLB and our clients.  Benita brings not only deep public relations experience to HLB, but also an ability to thrive in the “I want it yesterday” world of communications consulting.  As a Team Assistant at HLB, she makes sure that the layout and design of our external communications are professional and of top-quality, as she manages deadlines on other complex projects, conducts Internet research and helps her team “get it done – and get it done well.”  As an avid reader, Benita takes the time to learn each of our client’s “stories”, and invests the time it takes for all projects to have a happy ending.

Some of Benita’s recent projects of interest include:

• Producing the internal communications training graphics for a complete IT department transformation for Sears, Roebuck and Co.
  
• Conducting Internet research for media clients such as GE Real Estate and CapitalSource so they have a fast and accurate pulse on the news and key media contacts.
  
• Designing a large-scale presentation for Catalyst Inc., a supply-chain software company, that was used to introduce the company and its vision to prospective clients.
