In order to compete, Harris Bank needed to innovate its approach to several markets. This required an agile framework that would allow various business units to quickly and effectively analyze their strengths and develop marketing plans to support aggressive growth targets.
HLB participated and provided thought leadership during many aspects of this ongoing program. Some of our contributions included:
- Conducted several visioning sessions with key bank executives to foster buy-in and ownership of integrated marketing plans.
- Facilitated the development of alternate positioning statements and guided participants through the selection process.
- Created multi-tactical marketing communications plans for 15 areas of the bank.
- Designed, wrote and produced several collateral systems.
- Re-engineered proposal system for business development areas.
- Launched target market media relations campaign.
- Provided counsel on several key strategic initiatives, including innovating a new approach to both the small business and middle markets.
