Software Solutions to Ensure Enterprise-Wide Information Integrity Category Space Creation At one time, corporations couldn't conceive of needing IT solutions for ERP, disaster recovery or enterprise application integration. Now commonly acknowledged as important IT "spaces," these concepts initially were created by organizations able to capitalize on their widespread acceptance in the marketplace. Recognizing a comparable opportunity with Information Integrity (I-I), Unitech asked HLB for assistance in creating the I-I category space. The challenge was to form a coalition of thought leaders from business, academia and professional organizations who were willing to forward information integrity as a mission-critical, enterprise-wide business practice. To help Unitech for the coalition and create the category space, HLB developed a fast-track process methodology that included: identifying and targeting a coalition "Dream Team" of potential participants gathering intelligence to refine our "contact" strategy and messages capitalizing on all available leverage points within target groups leveraging HLB contacts and relationships to reach key consultants, associations and universities creating an I-I "Road Show" for Unitech's chief executive, including a mission statement and I-I presentation, fact sheet and talking points
